FEES
The doctors are obliged to charge for non-NHS services. These include private sick lines and prescriptions, certificates of fitness for work/travel, medical examinations for employment, adoption, licences, sports, passport forms and other letters as requested. A copy of current fees can be obtained at reception.

ON-LINE EMIS ACCESS

This is an on-line service available to patients, where you can order a repeat prescription, make an appointment or amend your personal details.  Please call at Reception to register for this service and bring proof of identity to receive the appropriate documents.

COMPLAINTS

If you wish to make a complaint, this can be sent to the Practice Manager, Miss Michelle Calvert either in writing or by completing a complaints form, which can be obtained from the Reception Desk in the Surgery.
